📍 Senior FEED Leadership Role | Complex Programmes | Regulated Environment
We’re looking for an experienced Client Interface Lead to drive successful project delivery across clients, FEED teams, and delivery organisations. You’ll lead stakeholder engagement, shape project scope, and ensure smooth transition from FEED into delivery.
🔑 What You’ll Do
- Lead client & stakeholder engagement 🤝
- Drive FEED scope, planning & delivery 📋
- Support governance, assurance & gate reviews ✅
- Manage risks, issues & project priorities ⚡
- Coordinate transition into delivery teams 🔄
- Coach and support client capability growth 📈
🎯 What We’re Looking For
- Strong background in engineering/project delivery 🏗️
- Experience in regulated industries (ideally nuclear) ☢️
- Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders 👔
- Expertise in early project phases, planning & risk management 📊
- Understanding of HMG gated processes & UK safety regulations 📚
- Excellent leadership & communication skills 🌟
- Proficient in MS Office 💻
💡 Ideal Candidate
A confident leader with a track record of delivering complex, multi-discipline programmes and building consensus across technical and business teams.
- Engineering qualification (or equivalent) 👉 Minimum: HNC | Preferred: MEng
- Membership of a recognised Engineering or Scientific Institution 🏛️
- Chartered Engineer status 👷
- APM PMQ qualification (or equivalent) 📘
