About the Role

The Client IT Manager is responsible for the overall IT services delivery to the client. You will interact with internal department heads and managers to ensure the quality delivery of IT services and systems.

Responsibilities

• Managing IT Delivery for a major Commercial account.
• Planning, tracking and guiding teams to implement strategic projects for the roadmap.
• Collaborating with other departments to prioritize software development needs including designing, developing, documenting and testing new and existing software.
• Analyzing and resolving software development issues and needs in terms of the software's full life cycle.
• Providing input and implementing business plans, policies, and procedures.
• Ensuring IT SLAs are met.
• Presenting to clients and senior leadership teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology or equivalent experience
• Possess 7+ years of experience in Information Technology.
• Experience managing within an ITIL framework.
