- Receipting and processing building applications
- Reviewing technical documents
- Providing customer service across various channels
- Maintaining records and compiling reports
- Supporting internal teams with admin tasks
- Improving procedures and practices

What You’ll Bring
We’re looking for a proactive team member with a passion for building services. You’ll ideally bring:
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
- Strong Proficiency in MS Office and documentation systems
- Knowledge of building legislation (desirable)
- Experience in local government admin support (desirable)
- Strong administration background
