As a Client Insights Manager, you'll play a vital role in bringing our Assurance Client Listening strategy to life, working with internal stakeholders across the firm to turn feedback into meaningful action.

What you'll do:

  • Execute the Assurance Client Listening strategy, including the C1 Premier approach and stakeholder enablement.

  • Embed client experience frameworks to drive advocacy, satisfaction, and continuous improvement.

  • Coordinate client conversations, surveys, and Post Decision Reviews, capturing quality notes and actionable insights.

  • Track performance, synthesise themes, and report meaningful insights to leadership.

  • Own and maintain the PwC One Firm confidential feedback process, including sign-off for data extracts.

  • Partner across Assurance, Clients & Markets, and support teams to deliver broader One Firm priorities.

  • Act as the first point of contact for queries, reporting requests, and feedback guidance.

What we're looking for:

Core skills

  • Proven ability to drive behavioural and firmwide change with a proactive, curious, "can-do" approach.

  • Strong reporting, analytics, and critical insight synthesis capabilities.

  • Digital fluency across Salesforce, Power BI, AI tools, and insight platforms.

  • Confident client service across phone and face-to-face channels.

  • Clear communication and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.

  • Trusted judgment when handling confidential and sensitive feedback.

Desirable skills

  • Experience supporting Assurance or professional services client programs.

  • Exposure to training, enablement, or strategic project delivery.
