Client Onboarding Specialist

At Nestifytech Solutions, We are seeking a detail-oriented Client Onboarding Specialist to guide new clients through a smooth, engaging, and successful implementation experience. You’ll coordinate internally and externally to ensure client goals are met from day one.
Responsibilities:
Lead the onboarding process for new clients, from kickoff to go-live.
Customize setup and training based on client use cases.
Manage onboarding timelines, deliverables, and expectations.
Troubleshoot issues and provide technical and procedural support.
Collaborate closely with Product, Support, and Success teams.
Required Qualifications:
5+ years in onboarding, implementation, or project coordination roles.
Strong organizational and client-facing communication skills.
Experience with onboarding software or tools (e.g., Asana, Notion, Intercom).
SaaS or B2B tech experience is a plus.
