About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Client Success Manager – Google Ads to manage and grow client relationships while driving strong performance across Google Ads campaigns. The ideal candidate will have 6+ years of experience in digital marketing, paid search, and client servicing, with a strong understanding of Google Ads and performance marketing.

You will act as a strategic partner to clients, understand their business objectives, translate them into effective paid media strategies, and work closely with internal teams to deliver measurable business results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day relationships with clients and serve as the primary point of contact.

  • Develop a strong understanding of clients’ business goals, target audiences, and marketing objectives.

  • Plan, execute, optimize, and oversee Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, Performance Max, YouTube, and other relevant formats.

  • Monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities to improve ROAS, ROI, CPA, CTR, conversion rate, and overall campaign efficiency.

  • Develop paid search strategies, budgets, forecasts, and performance plans aligned with client objectives.

  • Conduct regular performance reviews and present actionable insights and recommendations to clients.

  • Prepare and deliver weekly/monthly/quarterly campaign reports and business reviews.

  • Identify opportunities for account growth, upselling, cross-selling, and expansion of client engagements.

  • Work closely with PPC, analytics, creative, content, and technology teams to ensure successful campaign execution.

  • Troubleshoot campaign and tracking-related issues and coordinate with relevant teams for timely resolution.

  • Stay updated on Google Ads product updates, industry trends, bidding strategies, automation, and performance marketing best practices.

  • Ensure client satisfaction, retention, and long-term account growth.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 6+ years of experience in client success, account management, paid media, or digital marketing.

  • Strong hands-on knowledge of Google Ads / Google PPC.

  • Experience managing significant advertising budgets and multiple client accounts.

  • Strong understanding of campaign optimization, bidding strategies, keyword research, audience targeting, conversion tracking, and attribution.

  • Experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager is preferred.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills.

  • Ability to translate campaign data into clear business insights and recommendations.

  • Strong project management and organizational skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Google Ads certification is preferred.
