Client Relations Manager

Fleet companies across South Florida count on us to keep their vans and trucks on the road. We're a growing commercial repair company with mechanical and body shops, running around the clock. As we grow, we want every customer to know us by name and feel like they have a real partner, not just a repair shop.

ABOUT THE ROLE

You'll be the person our customers think of when they think of us. You build relationships with fleet owners and managers, earn their trust, and keep them coming back. This isn't a sales job with a quota. It's about making people want to work with us. You'll split your time between our Miami office and visiting customers from the Treasure Coast to the Keys and over to the Gulf Coast.

• New fleet accounts meet us through you and like what they see
• Problems get smoothed over before they turn into lost business
• People across South Florida's fleet world speak well of us

HOW YOU'LL GET THERE

• Regular visits and check-ins with our fleet customers
• Introduce yourself and the company to new fleet owners and managers
• Listen to feedback, spot what customers aren't happy about, and bring it back to the team
• Step in when a relationship is strained, and work with management to make it right
• Represent us at customer sites, industry events and anywhere our name comes up

YOU'RE A FIT IF

• You're fluent in English and Spanish, spoken and written (interviews are in both)
• You have 3+ years in client relations, account management or customer-facing work
• People warm up to you fast, and they trust you
• You stay level-headed when someone's frustrated
• You follow up without being reminded
• You know cars, fleets, dealerships or logistics (a plus, not a must)
• You have a valid driver's license and your own reliable vehicle
