About the Role
Q21 Solutions, one of Nigeria's leading event planning and management organizations, is expanding its team and seeking an experienced Client Relations Manager to build strong client relationships and ensure an excellent experience throughout every stage of a project. The ideal candidate has experience managing clients, understanding client needs, coordinating with internal teams, following up on deliverables, and ensuring projects are delivered to a high standard — with hands-on experience managing experiential campaigns, brand activations, events, and on-ground experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and manage strong client relationships throughout every project stage
- Understand client needs and coordinate with internal teams
- Follow up on deliverables and ensure high-quality project delivery
- Manage timelines, budgets, and execution details for experiential campaigns and events
- Work with clients, vendors, creative teams, and other stakeholders
- Manage expectations, resolve issues, and build lasting client relationships
Requirements
- Proven experience managing client relationships and experiential campaigns/brand activations
- Confident, organized, proactive, and an excellent communicator
- Ability to manage expectations, resolve issues, and build lasting relationships
- Strong project and stakeholder management skills
