Client Relations Manager

Key Responsibilities

1. Identify and approach potential customers through calls, meetings, and other sales channels.
2. Explain product features, benefits, pricing, and services to customers.
3. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
4. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.
5. Follow up with prospective customers to close sales.
6. Maintain sales reports, customer records, and pipeline updates.

7. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
8. Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
9. Handle customer queries and resolve complaints professionally
