Client Relationship Manager

As a Client Relationship Manager at CorServ, you will play a key role in driving portfolio growth and expanding relationships across our portfolio of bank clients. This position requires a motivated, strategic professional with a strong background in account management, product knowledge, and consultative selling. You will lead the overall client relationship strategy—building trust, uncovering new opportunities, and delivering solutions that meet our clients’ evolving needs. You will also work cross-functionally with internal teams to develop and execute account growth strategies, identify opportunities, and ensure an exceptional client experience.

• Manage the overall business relationship with a portfolio of CorServ’s bank clients.
• Oversee day-to-day client interactions, serving as the primary point of contact and ensuring timely responsiveness to client needs, ranging from daily contacts to senior bank leadership.
• Effectively communicate client requirements to relevant internal departments and ensure timely responses to clients.
• Gain a deep understanding of the bank’s business challenges, strategic objectives, competitive positioning, and key success factors to offer optimal solutions.
• Advocate for the client by identifying product support and development needs and conveying these internally.
• Harness CorServ’s internal resources to establish and nurture a productive relationship with the client.
• Employ a consultative approach to demonstrate our desire to maximize the client’s portfolio growth & profitability.
• Support the on-boarding process for new clients.
• Collaborate in the planning and implementation of new products, product enhancements and special projects.
• Provides Statements of Work and/or Change Requests to clients.
• Facilitate monthly Client Portfolio Reviews with a focus on maximizing client profitability.
• Other duties as assigned.
