About the Role
You'll manage a portfolio of listed company and financial markets clients, acting as their trusted day-to-day contact. You’ll be working closely with our operational teams and subject matter experts to support our suite of investor relations products and services, including the delivery of share register analysis, events and webcasting, an investor CRM platform, investor websites, shareholder campaigns and other bespoke products.
Working closely with Company Secretaries, Investor Relations teams and senior stakeholders, you'll build strong relationships, coordinate client deliverables and ensure a seamless client experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Build trusted relationships with a portfolio of listed company clients.
- Act as the primary contact for investor relations tools, products and services, fully supported by teams of in-house subject matter experts
- Work closely with our Product and Marketing teams on the roll-out of enhancements to our product suite
- Lead client meetings and identify opportunities to strengthen client relationships.
- Support account planning, service reviews and commercial discussions.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely, high-quality service delivery.
- Manage client enquiries, reporting and service coordination.

- Listed Company Administration
You'll also bring:
- Experience managing client relationships within financial services
- An interest in Investor Relations and listed company environments.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Confidence working with senior stakeholders.
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach and the ability to manage competing priorities.
