Description

You are a strategic thinker passionate about driving solutions in Product Management for Client Reporting. You have found the right team.

As “ Product Management for Client Reporting” Professional within our Client Reporting team, you will be responsible for setting and improving our organizational objectives, and ensuring their consistent accomplishment.

Job Responsibilities

  • Define and execute a sequenced roadmap of pilots, product increments, and adoption, owning the backlog and delivery outcomes.
  • Prototype AI-enabled solutions rapidly and validate impact with real users, translating winners into production-ready requirements.
  • Raise the team’s AI-native capability by coaching and enabling AI as a normal part of day-to-day work.
  • Map the end-to-end reporting lifecycle into discrete jobs-to-be-done and allocate the right work to agents vs. humans with clear handoffs.
  • Design an agentic workforce with clear roles, tool access, context/retrieval needs, escalation paths, and human-in-the-loop checkpoints.
  • Build employee-centric workflows by observing frontline work, identifying breakpoints, and making the manual workaround the harder option.
  • Define the data, metadata, lineage, entitlements, and business rules required for each capability, partnering with data owners to close gaps.
  • Accelerate discovery using approved firm tooling (AI-assisted development, prompting, and workflow automation) to test ideas in days, not quarters.
  • Establish “good” upfront with evals, success criteria, and failure-mode-aware checks for confident-but-wrong AI outputs.
  • Align engineering, data, and risk/control stakeholders to deliver solutions employees choose to use, with clear accountability boundaries.
  • Deliver early momentum by embedding with reporting teams, selecting the highest-payoff jobs, shipping prototypes, and scoping a production pilot.

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills

  • Experience shipping AI-driven products or internal tools used by real users, including learning from failures and iterating.
  • Ability to translate ambiguous direction into a sequenced plan with clear owners and measurable outcomes.
  • Skill in rapid prototyping and hands-on building using AI coding assistants and AI-assisted development workflows.
  • Knowledge of agentic or multi-step AI workflows (tool use, retrieval, orchestration, and human review checkpoints).
  • Capability to define evals and success criteria and measure output quality with evidence over impressions.
  • Judgment on when not to use AI and how to design safe, reliable human-in-the-loop controls.
  • Communication skills to write clearly and explain trade-offs to senior stakeholders in plain language.
  • Collaboration skills to partner effectively across product, technology, transformation, business leads, data owners, and risk/controls.
  • Mindset focused on scaling adoption so prototypes become durable production capabilities, not one-off demos.
  • Commitment to enabling others through pairing, working sessions, and reusable patterns, prompts, and examples.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills

  • Experience in client, investment, performance, or regulatory reporting.
  • Experience building in a regulated environment with entitlements, auditability, model risk, and records requirements.
  • Working fluency in SQL, Python, or data modeling.
  • Background in product discovery, service design, or process redesign.
  • Track record of driving measurable cycle-time reduction and manual-effort reduction through workflow transformation.
