Salary: $3,500 – $4,500 per month
About the role
A client-facing service delivery role offering technology advisory and management services. The Client Service Advisor works closely with stakeholders to support clients' digitalisation journey to drive business growth.
Key responsibilities
Offer cost-effective and practical advice on digitalisation roadmap, AI automation, IT budgeting and IT governance
Be the first point of contact for clients in IT service management framework
Assist in preparing proposals, estimates, and presentations for clients
Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell IT managed services
Strengthen client relationships to ensure service excellence
Coordinate with technical teams and external vendors to provide complete end-to-end IT managed services
About you
At least 3-year relevant experience in client service, service delivery, account management, or business or IT advisory roles
Background in Accounting, Business, or related disciplines, with experience in or exposure to the IT or technology sector
Strong communication, presentation, and relationship management skills
Proactive, organized, and solutions-oriented
Able to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams
