About the Role
We're looking for a Client Service Coordinator who will provide dependable, timely support, helping ensure tasks are completed accurately and efficiently. A willingness to help, adapt, and work alongside others is key to making a meaningful impact in this role. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people and thrives in a professional, fast-moving environment. The Client Service Coordinator is often the first point of contact for clients, so warmth, professionalism, and strong communication skills are essential.



Our Client Service Coordinators manage the phones, but the position is much more than that. It requires education about all of the services we offer. It is client and team member facing all day, whether on the phone or in person. Client Service Coordinators manage the initial steps of our workflow, including opening files, communicating with paralegals, and carrying out instructions from attorney notes. They are part of the Marketing Department and report to our Marketing Director. Client Service Coordinators may support the Marketing Department in community outreach. It is a challenging fast-paced position.


What You’ll Do

  • Welcome and assist clients in person and over the phone
  • Answer and route incoming calls professionally
  • Manage multiple calendars and schedule client appointments
  • Support attorneys and paralegals with administrative tasks
  • Maintain client files and assist with document organization
  • Enter and update information in internal systems
  • Help keep the office organized and running efficiently
  • Other tasks assigned by supervisor, Investor Coaches, Leadership, or attorneys.

Qualifications

  • Microsoft Office experience – at least 1 year (required)
  • Professional office experience (required)
  • Customer service experience – 1 year (required)
  • Associate or higher degree (preferred)
  • Ability to work regular business hours Monday–Friday, with occasional Saturday mornings or weekday evenings
  • Professional business attire required

Compensation & Benefits

  • $20-$23 per hour, depending on experience
