As a Direct Support Professional (DSP) - Caregiver you will learn the skills and coaching techniques to help other adults shape their lives into a picture they once only dreamed of. The Direct Support Professional (DSP) - Caregiver is responsible for a variety of duties related to the overall care for those who reside in the AmeriServe International Residential Program.
- High School diploma preferred
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must have valid driver license and provide proof of vehicle insurance
- Must successfully pass state-mandated background checks and pre-employment screenings
- Must demonstrate the ability to read and write English at the level needed to read programmatic materials and provide written documentation as required
- Must possess interpersonal skills necessary to work productively with other people
