Client Service Specialist
Part-Time: Monday, Thursday, Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
On-Call: 3 nights per week
Salary Range: $19-$21 per hour
NurseCore is seeking a Client Service Specialist to support patient scheduling, staffing coordination, and daily branch operations in a fast-paced home care environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate home care referrals and staffing assignments
- Schedule qualified caregivers for patient cases
- Ensure orders and documentation are current
- Support recruiting and hiring efforts
- Maintain compliance with credentialing requirements
- Assist with employee counseling and service issue resolution
- Support office operations as needed
- 1+ year of customer service or healthcare experience preferred
- Home healthcare experience preferred
- Experience using technology platforms and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
