What does the role involve?
? You may be assigned to work at different locations with individuals who have behavioral challenges.
? Complete a 40-hour training course.
? Complete 12 hours of continuing education every 2 years.
? Take and pass the RBT exam, with the cost covered by the company!
? Be ready to learn, grow, and take on a new challenge!

• Provide transportation to and from activities/appointments.

• Assist in the implementation of individual plans and behavior plan goals.

• Work with individuals who experience behavioral challenges while collaborating with the CSC, PC and BCBA to provide consistent support, promote stability, and meet the needs of the individuals served.

• Assist individuals in the pursuit of recreational, social, and community activities based on their preferences and individual plans.

• Assist and encourage individuals in the establishment of social networks.

• Promote participation and involvement in community outings.

• Ensure each individual's rights are protected.

• Treat individuals with dignity and respect.
