As our Client Service Director, you’ll be fully immersed with our experienced accounts team in Manchester, working with directors to provide great advice to our clients. Life will be fast paced, engaging, creative and rewarding.
It’s a great opportunity to develop and progress within a forward-thinking and fast-paced firm. You’ll:
- Manage and look after your own vibrant and diverse client portfolio.
- Cultivate long-lasting relationships becoming the go-to for clients.
- Lead a team, overseeing the production of the work to deliver a fantastic service.
- Work closely with directors and other departments to support the overall delivery of services to your portfolio.
- Wow clients daily, getting to know their business to deliver great experience.
- Drive our growth by retaining and expanding existing clients, while getting out there to build relationships and win new client work.
- Take ownership of business development, spotting opportunities, leading pitches and proposals, and converting prospects into long-term clients.
- Undertaking larger, more complex assignments with the support of the wider Accounts team.
- Reviewing processes and implementing more efficient ways of service delivery.
- Coach and develop the accounts team and line reports.

- Be ACA / ACCA qualified.
- Have practice experience as a Senior Manager / Director, or be a Senior Client Manager ready to step up.
- Have worked with a range, including owner-managed businesses.
- Be highly commercially minded, with a genuine appetite for winning more client work.
- Be tech-savvy, with knowledge of CCH is desirable.
- Be a superb leader that energises those around you.
- Thrive in a collaborative and progressive environment.
- Love getting to know people and be a fantastic communicator.
