Client Services Executive (German Speaker)

- Act as the main point of contact for service matters, actively listening to Underwriters, Clients, Brokers, and other external parties to understand their needs and concerns. - Ensure all policy documentation, renewals, new business, and endorsements are issued accurately and on time. - Apply the “right first time” principle by completing 100% data quality checks prior to issuance and booking. - Support business development and client relationship activities by responding to customer requests and resolving service issues. - Manage multiple priorities effectively, including policy documentation issuance and account handling. - Deliver all work in line with agreed service standards, corporate guidelines, and operational requirements. - Monitor and evaluate service delivery to ensure it meets expected standards and agreed commitments. - Organize time efficiently to meet deadlines and achieve work, project, and team goals. - Diagnose issues, resolve problems, and make sound decisions to support smooth service delivery. - Collaborate closely with Global Service teams, Underwriting, Credit Control, and other internal stakeholders as needed. Required - Professional German and English language skills. - Previous experience in an underwriting support or client services role is a plus. - Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel. - Strong customer service skills with a customer-centric attitude. - Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality. - Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
