Job Title: Client Success Coordinator
Location: Pretoria

Purpose of the Role

To support the Client Success team with the administration of client transition fees, ensuring clients receive timely and accurate communication and invoices.

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:

• Issue transition-fee notifications and confirmations to clients through Salesforce.
• Arrange for the relevant transition-fee invoices to be raised and issued.
• Maintain accurate client, case and communication records within Salesforce.
• Monitor responses and follow up with clients where required.
• Escalate client questions, objections or concerns to the appropriate team member.
• Track completed and outstanding notifications and invoices.
• Support the wider team with transition-related administration.

Skills:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Fluent in English
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple cases simultaneously.
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Confident using digital systems; Salesforce experience is helpful but not essential.
• Good organisational skills and ability to manage a high volume of tasks

• Knowledge of SAP or similar ERP systems

• Client-centric and service-driven
• Proactive and responsive
• Agile and adaptable in a fast-paced operational environment
