Client Services Manager

At eXPD8, we're looking for a proactive, people-focused Client Services Manager to lead the growth and delivery of our extended services proposition. You'll build trusted client relationships, develop a nationwide network of third-party contractors, and ensure every activation is delivered safely, efficiently and to a consistently high standard.
This isn't a role that can be defined by a simple list of daily tasks. As a Client Services Manager, you'll balance client relationships, commercial performance, operational delivery and people leadership. Success in this role truly comes from being adaptable, organised, commercially aware, willing to learn, and genuinely invested in helping both clients and colleagues succeed.
