Client Services Officer

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Client Services Officer to join our Business Advisory team in Orange. This is a full-time office based, permanent position with opportunity to develop and grow with a leading provider of Accounting and Financial Services.

Your role, your contribution!

  • Take charge of diverse administrative tasks, from lodging tax returns to managing ATO correspondence and preparing financial packages
  • Attend to ASIC requirements, along with new entity establishments
  • Be responsible for invoicing and WIP management while effectively communicating with advisors, partners, and corporate staff, delivering exceptional client service
  • Communicate with accountants, partners and other staff to ensure exceptional service delivery to support them in servicing client requests
  • Receptionist duties, working front of house and dealing with incoming calls, incoming/outgoing mail, greeting clients/visitors, ordering stock, etc.

  • Demonstrated proficiency using the Microsoft Suite
  • Exceptional phone manner and front of house expertise to deliver outstanding customer service and create a welcoming environment
  • A genuine team player with a friendly and helpful attitude
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High attention to detail and strong time management skills.
