Summary

Client Services Specialist builds and maintains client relationships, ensures satisfaction, and acts as a liaison between clients and Maricopa Ambulance, focusing on communication and service delivery.

Definition:

The Client Services Specialist helps maintain and develop existing business with current clients, assists in bringing new clients on board, and acts as a liaison between partner organizations and Maricopa Ambulance. The Client Services Specialist will pursue new business opportunities through cultivation of work-related and interpersonal relationships, and help clients better understand the full potential of services offered while enhancing customer satisfaction.

Specific Duties:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills and/or abilities required.

  • Build and maintain relationships with clients and key personnel within customer companies.
  • Develop open and effective channels of communication with each client.
  • Become the reliable point of contact for each customer, to establish strong business relationships with all clients.
  • Attend meetings with clients and provide regular updates.
  • Conduct business reviews to ensure clients are satisfied with the services received.
  • Monitor company performance against service level agreements and flag potential issues.
  • Escalate and resolve areas of concern as raised by clients.
  • Maintain positive working relationships with Maricopa Ambulance employees.
  • Carry out all duties in conformance with Maricopa Ambulance policy.
  • Perform other associated responsibilities and projects as assigned.

Reports To:

The Client Services Specialist works under the general guidance and direction of the Director of Marketing & Business Development.
