Client Services Team Leader

Summary

Lead a client services team to deliver high-quality service, manage client relationships, and streamline processes for a large accounting and advisory firm.

Are you the person your team turns to when they want to get it right for the client? We are looking for a Client Services Team Leader to set the standard for how we deliver, guiding a team to consistent, high-quality service across our Client Teams.

In this role, you will be the central link between clients, Partners, and internal service teams, accountable for end-to-end client service outcomes. You will lead a team, strengthen client relationships, and drive the responsiveness, efficiency, and quality that define a great client experience.

What you'll do:

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a Client Service team, ensuring timely and accurate delivery
  • Be the first point of contact for a defined portfolio of clients, strengthening relationships and responsiveness

  • Act as the liaison between Partners and Client Teams

  • Champion client onboarding, workflow management, and accurate, timely billing

  • Ensure compliance and streamline processes to improve efficiency

  • Proactively identify opportunities to elevate the client experience

What we're looking for:

  • Demonstrated leadership experience, with a proven ability to coach and inspire a team
  • Experience in a client-facing role, ideally within professional services

  • Strong relationship-building skills and a client-first mindset

  • Organised, proactive, and confident managing competing priorities

  • A problem-solver who thrives in a collaborative, team-focused environment

  • Intermediate to advanced MS Office skills
