Client Site Service Technician
Complete Network is looking for a Client Site Service Technician with an Associates or Bachelors degree in computer science or IT and two to five years of experience.
This is a level 1-2 support desk position located full time at the clients site 9AM to 6PM Mon-Fri. Daily duties will include all of the following items; Office 365 administration, AV support and maintenance of conference rooms, administration of their internal members site (user creations and removals etc), vendor management, attend monthly committee meetings, host monthly scheduled training sessions for 10-20 people on various IT topics ranging from email usage to Copilot basics, troubleshoot networking equipment, maintain and update documentation, regular communication and updates to maintain relationship with site point of contact and committee members.
The candidate must have strong technical and communication skills. Day-to-day duties will include remote and on-site technical support for our customer. Candidate must have an entrepreneurial attitude and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Candidate must possess the following skills and experience:
- 365 Administration - Sharepoint, 365, CoPilot
- Experience with AV setup and troubleshooting
- Experience managing and communicating with vendors
- Experience creating training materials and presenting to a group
- Good personality - Able to interact with and support customers while maintaining a friendly attitude
- Highly organized
- Excellent time management skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong search engine and research capabilities
- Windows System Administration in a distributed environment - Desktop and Server
- Application Support and Administration
- Anti-virus administration and malware remediation
- Troubleshooting of hardware and OS issues
- Mobile device support
- Networking concepts and hardware
- Familiarity with network cabling
- Understanding TCP/IP Networking
- Managing switches, routers, and firewalls
- Wireless networks
Any of the following skills and/or certifications are a plus:
- MS-900
- MS-102
- A+
- Net+
- MD-102
Other Requirements:
* Candidate must be willing to work overtime and be on call
* Candidate must have reliable transportation
