Client Success Advisor

We are seeking a talented Client Success Advisor to join our digital sales team at Aries Worldwide Logistics, led by our Head of Client Experience. This is a digital sales role focused on driving B2B growth through online channels. The ideal candidate excels in managing online leads from marketing and Google Ads, building effective sales sequences, and following best practices for lead follow-up. Logistics or supply chain sales experience is a plus, as is familiarity with HubSpot. Fluency in English and Spanish is preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and convert online leads from marketing and Google Ads.
• Develop and implement sales sequences to nurture prospects.
• Follow best practices, including consistent follow-ups with clients up to 6-7 times.
• Proactively prospect for new clients when leads are limited.
• Collaborate with marketing to align digital efforts with company goals.
• Use HubSpot (or similar tools) to track performance and optimize lead management.
