Client Success & Implementation Consultant – FinTech Scale-Up
A fast-growing European FinTech is expanding its footprint across the region and is looking for a Client Success & Implementation Consultant to support major banking transformation programmes. Joining at an early stage, you’ll work directly with leading financial institutions and guide enterprise software implementations from kick-off through to go-live.
You’ll gain exposure to Tier 1 banks, digital transformation, AI-led initiatives and international client environments. A structured onboarding programme, including training in Sydney, is provided.
Key Responsibilities
About You
You may currently work in technology consulting, software implementation, customer success, business analysis or professional services. You’ll bring 2–5 years’ experience, strong communication skills, analytical capability and a degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics or similar.

- Platform onboarding and implementation support
- Gathering and documenting business requirements
- Coordinating implementation activities and timelines
- Managing client stakeholders across enterprise environments
- Supporting workshops, discovery sessions, testing and go-live
- Building trusted customer relationships
About You
You may currently work in technology consulting, software implementation, customer success, business analysis or professional services. You’ll bring 2–5 years’ experience, strong communication skills, analytical capability and a degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics or similar.
