Client Success Executive

About the Role As Client Success Executive, you'll own the relationship after the sale. You'll make sure clients get value from our services, spot new opportunities, and keep them coming back, so our Business Development team can focus on winning new work.
Key Responsibilities
- Onboard new clients and set expectations for how we work together
- Act as the main point of contact for day-to-day client communication
- Run regular check-ins and review meetings with clients
- Coordinate with delivery, insights, and marketing teams to resolve client needs and issues
- Monitor client satisfaction and flag risks early
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities and pass them to Business Development
- Manage renewals and follow-ups
- Gather client feedback and testimonials, and share insights with leadership
- Track account health, usage, and revenue in the CRM
Required
- Min 1 year in account management, client success, customer service, or a client-facing role
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Strong relationship-building and problem-solving skills
- Good organization and follow-through
- Comfort explaining technical topics to non-technical clients
- Basic proficiency with CRMs and spreadsheets
- Legally able to work in Singapore (Singapore Citizen or PR only)
Nice to Have
- Experience in tech, SaaS, or digital agency environments
- Familiarity with HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, or Zendesk
- Experience with renewals or upselling
- Experience working remotely
