Client Success Manager
We’re AmTrust International Underwriters, an insurance business based out of our modern offices in the Temple Bar area of Dublin. As part of a global group, we work creatively to develop bespoke insurance solutions for leading financial institutions, retailers and manufacturers both internationally and globally.

We are currently looking for a Client Success Manager to join our team based out of either our Dublin or Nottingham office.
The role will support the successful delivery and management of client relationships, acting as the key link between our clients, underwriting teams, and operational functions to ensure a seamless and efficient client experience.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing function at the heart of the business. As a Client Success Manager, you will take ownership of key client relationships, project manage the onboarding of new clients and delegated authority arrangements, and work closely with underwriting and operational teams to resolve complex challenges. The role offers significant exposure across the business and the opportunity to influence stakeholders at all levels while driving service excellence and continuous improvement.
To be successful in this role, you will have demonstrable experience managing client relationships within the insurance, reinsurance, or financial services sector, a strong understanding of delegated authority or insurance operations, and a proven track record of delivering complex projects while collaborating effectively across multiple stakeholders and functions.
