Responsibilities:
Manage Tier 4 Client Portfolio
- Serve as the primary Client Success contact for Tier 4 public safety agencies
- Maintain consistent engagement through digital and virtual touchpoints
- Monitor account health and proactively address engagement gaps
- Act as the point of accountability and VoC across Client Success, Product, Support, and Leadership
Execute Digital Engagement Model
- Conduct bi-annual virtual business reviews
- Execute quarterly digital touchpoints with assigned accounts
- Monitor adoption dashboards and support tools to identify trends and engagement needs
- Proactively manage health monitoring signals and initiate outreach when risk indicators appear
Support Retention & Expansion
- Initiate renewal strategy planning 12–18 months in advance
- Identify expansion opportunities through adoption insights and client engagement
- Work with Marketing to execute targeted expansion email campaigns
- Responsible for early risk identification, development and coordination of risk mitigation plans
- Engage executive leadership when risk indicators require escalation
Operational Coordination
- Coordinate with internal teams including Sales, Support, Product, and Engineering
- Process quotes, purchase orders, and sales orders
- Maintain accurate customer records and engagement documentation within CRM systems
