Job Description:

Client Success Managers oversee sales for a portfolio of customer accounts and the related customer experiences. Customer success is vital to our organization. As a Client Success Manager, you will be building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships to secure and increase revenues. The individual will report to the head of Sales and Customer Success with responsibilities for the end-to-end customer experience - including sales, internal operations, and growing customer relationships and the related book of business.
