Client Success Manager (RFID)

Responsibilities:

• Support RFID project deployment from initiation to on-boarding and program end-to-end accountability.

• Promote and assist in RFID demonstrations in-house or customers.

• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless solution implementation.

• Support Global Sales Teams assisting in business development.

• Work independently in designing RFID framework, testing, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.

• Proactively monitor and update the latest trends and developments in the RFID business across regions.

Requirements:

• Degree holder or equivalent level in in Information Technology, Data Science & Analytics or Software Engineering, Cloud Computing fields.

• 3+ yrs relevant experience in technology, Auto-ID, IoT, RFID, bar-codes experience is preferred.

• Proficient in Supply Chain Management, Auto-ID technologies, Application development, Database and System design.

• Knowledge of RFID such as measurement and tuning of Antenna. Antenna design in BLE or wireless power transfer.

• Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn about automation technologies.

• Passion for solving client challenges through innovative solutions.

• Excellent command of spoken & written English, Chinese (Cantonese, Mandarin).
