Client Support Officer

We are seeking a dedicated Client Support Officer to join our team in Maharashtra. This role is crucial in supporting international students as they navigate the admission process for various courses at partner universities. As a Client Support Officer, you will be responsible for reviewing application forms submitted by students, ensuring that all necessary details are accurately filled out. Your decisions will directly impact whether students receive offer letters from universities such as the University of Dundee and the University of Bradford. Additionally, you will be required to verify the documents submitted by applicants. This position involves a blended process, which means you will also conduct interviews with students via Microsoft Teams to assess their applications further. This is not a sales role; your focus will be on providing support and guidance to students throughout their application journey. The job requires a commitment to a training period of one week, during which you will learn the specifics of the admission process. Working hours are from 12 PM to 9 PM, with rotational week-offs, ensuring a balanced work-life schedule.
