Client Support Representative

Contently is seeking a Client Support Representative with a passion for media who thrives in a high-growth environment.

Contently arms brands with the tools and talent to create content people love. Our solution combines the largest network of vetted, ready-to-work journalists with a workflow platform designed to help brands more efficiently manage their content programs. Clients currently include some of the world's largest brands, agencies and media companies.

What You’ll Do:

• Support the team that is responsible for ensuring client success
• Assist in preparing reports to clients
• Attend meetings with team, including some client-facing meetings with F2000 corporations
• Manage customer support from web inquiries and members of the Accounts team, in many instances directly interacting with clients
• Learn how to conduct business with key accounts from experienced (and friendly!) professionals;
• Position designed to grow into an Account Manager role

Who You Are:

• Recent college graduate; prior experience is not required, but a plus
• Highly tech savvy; able to understand online interfaces; if you've ever described yourself as a "power user" of anything you're right inline
• Strong communication skills, high integrity, creative and strategic thinking skills, and a good sense of humor; Strong writing skills; Strong analytical skills and proficient with Excel
• Must be able to coordinate multiple action items across several teams
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment with the willingness to be flexible
• Passionate about a start-up culture and adding to it
