Salary: $18,000 – $22,000 per month
With our client scaling aggressively across international markets, they are looking for proactive individuals who operate with a true founder's mindset. Joining as a Clients Support Assistant, you will hit the ground running to deploy solutions, optimize support, and drive immediate impact. You will partner with local operators to leverage seamless payment technology into tangible business acceleration.
Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Operation Manager, you will be working under the operation team to provide all levels of support to customers by: -
Deliver timely, high-quality support to customers across phone, email, and live chat channels.
Diagnose and troubleshoot technical or service-related issues to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Document and synthesize product feedback, recurring issues, and customer insights for internal product teams.
Collaborate with Operations to track, follow up on, and successfully resolve complex technical tickets.
Provide data-driven insights and strategic recommendations to management based on user feedback and industry trends.
Requirements:
Welcomes fresh graduates or candidates with 1 years of customer support experience, offering flexibility for weekend shifts; prior exposure to fintech or payment companies is a major advantage.
Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments, operating with a proactive, customer-focused with a positive attitude to make decisive choices despite incomplete data.
Passionate about solving complex, ambiguous challenges across the payments, hospitality, and customer experience sectors using strong attention to detail.
A collaborative, responsible team player possessing excellent bilingual communication skills (fluent English and Cantonese) and the ability to multitask under pressure.
