Oversee daily operations of a university climbing wall, assist patrons with equipment and safety, and ensure a positive customer experience.
The Climbing Wall / Rental Center Staff work with patrons of the facility to provide exceptional customer service as well as create a safe and enjoyable experience at the climbing wall. Responsibility, dependability, customer service, maturity and visibility are keys to being an effective and efficient Climbing Wall Staff.
