• Attend to patient enquiries, phone calls, registration, and appointment scheduling
• Handle payments, cashiering duties, and maintain patient records
• Support medication dispensing duties (training provided if required)
• Assist doctors during procedures and provide chaperone support when needed
• Perform general administrative duties and support smooth daily clinic operations
