Clinic Assistant [Central Locations] - Office Hour / $2.8k | 0580

Working hours: Mon- Friday 8:30am - 5:30pm; Saturday 8:30am - 12:30pm
Location: Farrer Park / Novena / Napier / Orchard (Rotating based on roster)
Salary range: $2500 - $2800
Responsibilities:
- Perform clinical frontline duties: registration, appointment bookings, phone calls, etc. using clinic system.
- Provide Pre-operation advise for patients.
- Follow up with doctors or clinic staff on completing the information required.
- Assist doctor with chaperone and other medical procedure
- Assist in training and guiding new and junior staff.
- Perform daily counter closing and alert superiors on discrepancies if any.
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Min 1-2 years of experience in healthcare industry, in a specialist clinic setting is a plus.
- Computer Literacy is required
