Shiro Aesthetic Clinic is an established aesthetic clinic offering personalised, evidence-based medical aesthetic treatments. Patient safety and comfort guide everything we do.

We’re looking for a skincare enthusiast who enjoys caring for patients and wants to build a lasting career in medical aesthetics alongside an experienced medical team.

What the role involves

• Assessing patients’ skin and understanding their concerns and goals
• Performing medi-facials and non-invasive treatments following clinic protocols
• Assisting doctors with consultations and procedures
• Preparing and resetting treatment rooms and equipment
• Advising patients on aftercare and home skincare
• Looking after patients from arrival to departure
• Keeping treatment areas clean, hygienic and organised
• Handling stock, restocking and light admin when needed
• Following SOPs, infection control and workplace safety standards
• Helping the team keep the clinic running smoothly

Who we’re looking for

• GCE ‘O’ Level, NITEC, Higher NITEC, Professional Certificate or equivalent
• 2+ years’ experience in aesthetics, beauty, skincare or wellness
• Hands-on medi-facial or therapist-led treatment experience
• Medical aesthetic clinic experience or doctor assisting is a bonus
• Passionate about skincare
• Warm, confident and professional with patients
• Strong communicator who works well alone and in a team
• Good spoken English; Mandarin preferred to serve our diverse patients

Hours
Mon – Fri: 11am – 8pm
Sat: 10am – 5pm
Closed Sundays & Public Holidays

• 2 extra off days per month
