Clinic Assistant ( Entry level welcome | Training Provided )

Clinic Assistant
Salary: $2000 - $2500
Working hours: 5.5 Days | Mon – Fri 8.30am to 3pm (Required to support 3 Weekdays nights 6pm to 9pm) + 1 weekend morning. 8.30am to 1pm.
Working Location: Lakeside MRT Station (Jurong West)

Responsibilities:

• To assist the Clinic Manager and ensure operational efficiency of the clinic.
• Perform front desks duties – registering patients, answering phone-calls, dealing with enquiries and assisting doctor's needs.
• Cashiering duties – payment collection, filing relevant claims, bookkeeping.
• Clinical duties – assisting clinical tasks like ECG, nebulizer, dressing, minor surgical procedures, triaging.
• Inventory – Maintain adequate supplies and functionality of consumables, medications, stationery, medical equipment. Stock taking and organization of stock.
• Maintenance of clinic's cleanliness and appearance.

Requirements:

• Prior experience as clinic assistant will be an advantage
• Training Provided
