Clinic Assistant
- Perform frontline operations, including patient registration, appointment scheduling, referral bookings, and cashiering duties when required
- Attend to walk-in patients, phone enquiries, and emails in a timely and professional manner
- Perform chaperon activities and assist in explaining the procedures to patients
- Support doctors in language translation when needed
- Maintain accurate and organised patient records.
- Ensure proper management of drug inventory
- Ensure proper maintenance of clinic facility for cleanliness and positive image
- Ensure compliance with patient confidentiality and data protection regulations
- Perform phlebotomy duties when required
- Adhere to SOPs and perform routine checks/audits within the clinic
- Responsible for daily operations matters and includes collating & compiling patient management indicators for presentation to management
- Assist in coverage of other facilities when required
Job Qualification:
- Minimum GCE 'N'/'O'/'A' Levels, NITEC or Diploma Holders
- Valid phlebotomy certificate (If any)
- Frontline customer service experience is an added advantage.
- Relevant work experience in healthcare industry would be an added advantage.
- Experience in working with diverse group of professionals/personnel.

- Able to multitask, PC literate, work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- A good team player with good interpersonal skills.
- Ability to commence work immediately is an added advantage
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- 5.5 work week
