Job Summary

Support clinic operations by managing patient registration, dispensing medication, handling payments, scheduling appointments, submitting claims online, managing inventory, assisting doctors during examinations and procedures, educating patients, and performing administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

• Register patients accurately to ensure proper documentation and smooth clinic flow
• Dispense medicine following prescribed instructions to maintain patient safety
• Collect payments efficiently to support clinic financial processes
• Schedule patient appointments to optimize clinic time management
• Submit insurance or medical claims online to facilitate timely reimbursements
• Monitor clinic supply and inventory levels to maintain adequate stock
• Replenish medicine stock to ensure availability for patient needs
• Chaperone doctors during patient examinations to assist and ensure comfort
• Assist doctors in medical procedures to support clinical care delivery
• Educate patients on medication usage and health practices to promote well-being
• Perform administrative duties such as filing documents and packing medicine to maintain clinic organization
