CLINIC ASSISTANT / JUNIOR TRANSLATOR (BAHASA INDONESIA)
Summary
The Clinic Assistant / Junior Translator supports daily clinic operations and provides translation services for patients and staff. The role involves managing customer service tasks, handling insurance and Medisave documentation, and assisting clinic management with administrative duties.
- Assist in translation for patients / clinic staff.
- Assist in clinic’s day-to-day operations and functions.
- Assist the Clinic Manager and Medical Director in the assigned clinic.
- Responsible for all aspects of customer service including but not limited to cashiering, appointment booking, and answering customer enquiries.
- Responsible for all matters pertaining to insurance, Medisave, and Letter of Guarantee(s).
- Liaise with customers, vendors, suppliers, and local regulatory bodies when required.
- Assist in the renewal of relevant licenses.
- Other duties assigned by the Clinic Manager and/or Medical Director as required.
