About the role

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinic Assistant to join our team at KK TANG BRAINSPINE SURGERY' in the Novena Central Region. As a Clinic Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the smooth operation of our healthcare practice and ensuring our patients receive exceptional care. This is a full-time position.

What you'll be doing

  • Reception: Registration, answers telephone inquiries, assisting with appointment scheduling, booking OT, scans, tracing reports and managing the clinic's patient workflow

  • Dispensing medicines under supervision, preferably with knowledge of Clinic Assist program

  • Assists in maintaining the cleanliness and tidiness of the clinic

  • Providing administrative support to the medical team, including filing, photocopying, and data entry

  • Facilitating communication between patients, medical staff, and other healthcare providers

  • Ensuring the clinic's drugs supplies and inventory are well-stocked and maintained

  • Adhering to all relevant healthcare regulations, policies, and procedures

  • Performs miscellaneous ad-hoc duties as assigned

What we're looking for

  • Previous experience as a Clinic Assistant or in a similar healthcare administrative role

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with patients, medical staff, and other healthcare professionals

  • Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail

  • Proficiency in using medical software and office equipment

  • A genuine interest in healthcare and a commitment to providing exceptional patient care

  • Familiarity with healthcare regulations and protocols
