Permanent Part-Time Clinic Assistant — Tampines
Hourly Pay: $12–$15.50, depending on experience + CPF + Performance Bonus

We are a patient-centered GP clinic at Tampines Round Market. We are looking for a Permanent Part-Time Clinic Assistant to join our small and supportive team.
We care for families, children and seniors in our community, and we believe patients should be treated with kindness, patience and respect.
We do not handle TPA or insurance-panel claims, and we do not have sales targets. While the clinic can still be busy at times, we aim to provide a calmer, more personal working environment where the team can focus on good patient care.

What You'll Do
Patient Care & Front Desk
Register patients and update medical records
Manage appointments and patient enquiries
Handle billing, CHAS, MediSave and payments
Assist patients in a polite and professional manner
Clinical Support
Measure blood pressure, temperature, height and weight
Dispense medications
Assist doctors with minor procedures
Chaperone patients when required
Label and handle laboratory specimens
Clinic Operations
Manage medication and medical-supply stocks
Coordinate with laboratories, couriers and vendors
Help maintain a clean, organised and welcoming clinic
Assist with other day-to-day clinic duties when required
Working Hours
Available sessions include:
Weekday mornings: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–1:30 PM
Weekday afternoons: Monday–Friday, 2:30 PM–4:30 PM
Weekday evenings: Monday–Thursday, 7:00 PM–9:00 PM
Saturday: 8:30 AM–12:30 PM
