Clinic Assistant / Student Clinic Intern

📍 Mount Elizabeth Novena Hospital (2 mins from Novena MRT)
5.5-day work week
A levels/IB graduates who can work until Dec26 are welcome to apply!

Clinic Hours:
Mon–Fri: 8am – 5pm
Sat: 8am – 1pm

What You’ll Do

• Register patients & schedule appointments
• Handle payments & insurance forms
• Dispense medication, provide financial counselling & assist doctor when needed
• Manage patient records
• Stock-taking & maintain clinic cleanliness
• Handle customer enquiries and resolve issues
• Other administrative duties as assigned

What We’re Looking For

• Pleasant, diligent & service-oriented
• At least 1 year clinic experience preferred
• Comfortable with computers (MS Word & Excel)
• Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced setting
• Responsible, meticulous, organised & a team player
• Commit a minimum of 1 year
