Job Summary
Join Tanglin Medical Clinic as a Clinic Assistant working hourly on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays to support patient registration, appointment scheduling, medication dispensing, and assist medical staff with procedures.
Responsibilities
- Register patients accurately and schedule appointments efficiently to ensure smooth clinic operations
- Perform administrative tasks including answering phone calls to support daily clinic workflow
- Prepare and dispense medications following clinic protocols when required
- Monitor and maintain drug stock levels to ensure availability of necessary supplies
- Assist the doctor during medical procedures as needed to facilitate patient care
- Type medical reports using standard formatting to maintain accurate patient records
- Communicate effectively with English and Mandarin-speaking patients to provide clear information and support
- Collaborate with team members to complete additional duties assigned by management
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Experience in a medical or clinical support role is preferred to perform duties effectively
- Basic computer skills to manage patient records and administrative tasks

- Working Hours: Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays from 9:00am to 5:00pm
- Salary: $11.00 to $13.00 per hour
