clinic assistant

1. To perform registration and scheduling of appointments for patients.

2. To assist other medical staff in the care of patients.

3. To communicate with patients about their healthcare needs, desires and requirements.

4. To attend to patients' enquiries via phone or email.

5. To perform administrative duties such as handling payments, insurance and medisave claims.

Qualifications / Requirements

Singaporean or Singapore PR applicants are preferred.

Able to speak English or Chinese.

Applicants with clinical experience are preferred.

Fresh graduates are also welcome.
