Eyas Landing – Avondale is growing our team at Merlin Day Academy, a fully integrated educational and therapeutic program where kids ages 6–14 with autism, ADHD, sensory processing disorder, and other neurodiverse needs get to thrive.

What You'll Do
- Conduct behavioral assessments and build evidence-based, individualized treatment plans
- Coach and support caregivers as true partners in the process
- Supervise and mentor RBTs and ABA students, shaping the next generation of clinicians
- Collaborate daily with a multidisciplinary team
What You'll Bring
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis
- Current BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB
- Active Illinois Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) license through IDFPR
- Experience providing ABA services to children with autism and/or other neurodevelopmental differences

Total Compensation Package valued between $93,000–$102,000, including:
