Clinic Director

About the role

At Dorsia, leaders in aesthetic medicine, cosmetic surgery, and psychological treatments, we are growing and looking to bring on a Clinic Director with strong leadership skills and strategic vision to be part of our expanding project.

What you'll do

• Leading and coordinating multidisciplinary teams to ensure the smooth operation of the clinic.
• Overseeing administrative and financial management in collaboration with the area manager, who will handle direct management.
• Supporting the commercial strategy, focusing on results and quality of service.
• Ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards in the health and aesthetics sector.
• Fostering a collaborative, motivating work environment focused on the professional growth of the team.

What we're looking for

We are looking for a professional with a higher education qualification (vocational training or a bachelor's degree). Additional training in sales, finance, business, and aesthetic medicine will be highly valued.

• Qualification: Vocational Training (FP) or a bachelor's degree (medium or higher level).
• Additional training in sales, finance, business, and aesthetic medicine is highly valued.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in management positions.
• Oriented towards leadership, teamwork, and achieving objectives.
